Collaborative & Shared Services Conference: “Change Management”

On the 25th March 2015, Aberystwyth and Bangor Universities held a one-day conference on Collaborative and Shared Services.

This second annual conference was on the theme of “The Management of Change” explored current activities and methodologies to support us in our efforts in the changing environment.
The conference was an opportunity to:

  1. Share Information about current collaborative and shared service activities in progress.
  2. Inform and refresh people’s understanding of the collaborative and shared services agenda across the UK.
  3. Stimulate further consideration of Collaborative and Shared Services as an option.
  4. Create a forum for introducing service teams from the two Universities to one another.
  5. Offer an introduction to key methodologies pertinent to the management of change.

The conference was attended by more than 60 delegates from across the service and support teams in both Universities.
