P3 Toolikit - People, Process and Performance:
A Toolkit for Change Management Projects
The P3 Toolkit is the outcome of a project delivered by Bangor and Aberystwyth Universities to explore a change management methodologies which is not traditionally used in the Higher Education Sector. The project has been delivered with the financial support of the Leadership Foundation’s Innovation and Transformation fund.
The toolkit is broken down into various sections that can either be worked through as a continuous process or specific sections could be used to address specific scenarios:
